At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Baracuta garment is securely folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
